Prestige Southern Star RERA

Prestige Southern Star has applied for RERA approval. Prestige Group will receive the approval from Karnataka RERA Board in December 2024, following the project launch. The builder will get the Completion Certificate (CC) in December 2028. The Occupancy Certificate (OC) will follow in January 2029.

Dispute resolution

RERA gives an efficient dispute resolution mechanism through adjudicating officers and appellate tribunals.

Advance payment

Builders can take only 10% of the cost of the project as an advance.
