Prestige Southern Star RERA

Prestige Southern Star project is RERA approved under the Karnataka Real Estate Regulatory Authority of Karnataka. The upcoming Prestige group project launch is in March 22, 2025 and will be completed within 4 years. After inspection, the Completion Certificate (CC) will be issued, followed by the Occupancy Certificate (OC) in September 2029.

Developers cannot alter the project design or other structures without the customers' permission.

RERA gives an efficient dispute resolution mechanism through adjudicating officers and appellate tribunals.

Advance payment

Builders can take only 10% of the cost of the project as an advance.
